Tantra 2 is a rhythmic multi-effects plugin that can create mesmerizing rhythmic sequences from any source material, no matter how flat or dry. Take lifeless basic synth sound, a deep and evolving pad, or even an arpeggiated sequence and instantly reshape it, making it sparkle and come to life with just a few clicks.
The Mono/Poly is Korg’s four-VCO monophonic/polyphonic synthesizer that went on sale in 1981 and was considered the culmination of Korg’s experience building analog synthesizers. It was released at the same time as the Polysix, and because of their capabilities, these two magesy instruments caused a revolution in the synthesizer world. Many musicians acclaimed the Mono/Poly as Korg’s best synthesizer yet, with a number of unique characteristics. It provided four VCOs, each providing adjustable pitch, waveform, octave, and level, which could be stacked together for massive sounds, or cycled through one at a time for constantly shifting timbres. Together with one VCF, one VCA, two EGs, and two MGs it provided a powerful yet accessible programming structure.
MDE-X is the exhilarating multi-effect plug-in first introduced in the Korg Legacy Collection. With the new Korg Legacy Collection – DIGITAL EDITION, the MDE-X Version 1.2 is here, and now supports RTAS plug-in format, as well as VST and Audio Units formats. Featuring a low CPU drain design, MDE-X v1.2 provides 19 high quality effect types, derived from the technical innovation and research behind Korg’s Digital Recorders, TRITON synthesizers, and effects processors. Equipped with 128 immediately useful and editable effect programs, the MDE-X v1.2 can be used sound design, recording, mixdown sessions – even live performance!

As the original manufacturer, Korg is uniquely qualified to recreate our vintage analog synthesizers as software instruments. Magesy Korg’s proprietary Component Modeling Technology (CMT) recreates the original circuit path and analog signal flow, to provide results that are completely faithful to the original hardware. The MS-20 is designed to run as a stand-alone program; or as a VST, AU or RTAS Plug-in, making it compatible with nearly any DAW software studio package. The MS-20 software synthesizer provides a complete simulation of its legendary original. In addition, it gives you modern advantages such as up to 32 voices of polyphony and up to 16-voice unison (with detune/spread function). Flexible external modulation settings and MIDI clock synchronization have also been added, giving you even greater creative potential.
Rum simulates different kinds of rooms – from acoustically treated studio booths to spaces found in an ordinary home. Think of this plug-in as if the audio source was recorded in stereo from the other side of the room, a common technique for recording acoustic instruments in order to breathe life into a dry sound source. In addition to the ten multi-recorded rooms (with different mic settings and characters that can be cross combined) there’s an advanced stereo spread and modulation unit for even more tweakability. This plug-in also comes with low cut and high cut filters, pre-delay (with tempo sync), a full set of factory presets and a built-in ducker making it easy to tame transients on the wet signal.

Slammer is a multi-sampled drum plug-in that contains 30 different instruments made from a large number of carefully recorded and edited samples. Integrated custom-built real-time effects combined with some clever routing makes Slammer a versatile and flexible virtual instrument that is capable of rendering anything from natural acoustic to heavily distorted and compressed drum sounds. Each sound can be customized with a wide array of settings like pitch, filtering, effect sends, decay time, velocity mapping and much more. There’s also a “Dirt” section for distortion and compression, a reverb and tone control. The amount of “dirt” and reverb can be tweaked individually for each instrument. On top of all, Slammer comes with a set of factory presets, covering anything from light and slick to heavy and gritty.
